We calculated the length distribution of rsRNA in different regions,
and the results obtained are as follows: First, the number of rsRNA
cuts from mature rRNA regions is significantly higher than that of immature
rRNA segments and overlapping regions on 45S precursors; second, the number of
rsRNA from mitochondrial mature rRNA of 12S and 16S is lower than that of cytoplasmic
rRNA; third, except for 5S rsRNA with two peaks at 34 nt and 39 nt, other groups such
as 5S, 18S, 28S all have peaks within 18-22 nt; fourth, the ITS1-5.8S region has a very
high peak at 18nt, it is speculated that the possible reason is that there are two variants
of 5.8S rRNA with different lengths, 5.8SL rRNA and 5.8SS rRNA.
