Tissue-specific Expression of rsRNA
After removing batch effects, we used all rsRNA to reduce the dimensionality
of all samples from nine tissues to two-dimensional from high dimensionality
using the t-SNE method. The distribution of various types of tissues is scattered,
and the samples of the same tissue are clustered together, indicating that rsRNA
is tissue-specific and can distinguish different tissue types. Then, the
differential rsRNA of each of the nine tissues relative to the other eight
tissues was calculated, and the top 10 significantly highly expressed rsRNA
in each tissue were selected to draw the heat map. We can clearly see that
different tissues have their own highly expressed rsRNA, and these marker
rsRNA are tissue-specific and differentially expressed in different tissues.
